Chocolate Peppermint Fat Bombs

Deliciousness bite-size goodness to increase fat macros or small bite-size portion to fix the sugar cravings. Keep frozen for best results.

Ingredients:

  • 9 oz Sugar free chocolate chips (Lilly’s Dark) or 60%+ cacao chips
  • 4 tbsp Butter or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp Sugar free peppermint candy oil (or 2-3 shots SF Torani peppermint flavoring)

Directions:

Combine chips and butter (or oil) in bowl.
Heat in microwave 45 seconds; remove and stir to mix well.
Microwave an additional 15 seconds at a time until almost melted.
Continue stirring to smooth texture; add peppermint and restir.
Pour mixture into small molds (I like silicone or ruffled papers).
Gently tap on counter to remove any air bubbles; freeze for 30 minutes minimum.
