Perfect Breakfast Egg Bake
Ingredients:
  • 2 TBSP Butter, ghee, or coconut oil*
  • 1 LB Ground sausage of choice
  • 2 oz Heavy whipping cream
  • 12 Whole eggs
  • 1-2 cups Veggies of choice (spinach, broccoli, mushrooms,
    chopped mini peppers, etc.
  • 1 Bulb garlic or 1 small onion for flavor
  • 4 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sautee ground sausage, drain, and set aside. Prepare baking dish with light avocado or coconut oil spray.

Blend all of the whole eggs, and heavy whipping cream.

Melt butter in skillet or reuse the sausage pan. Add pressed garlic and/or chopped onion. Add preferred veggies to quickly stir-fry. Once everything is stir-fried, add sausage, and incorporate. Add seasonings to taste.

Layer sausage and veggie mixture in baking dish. Cover with blended eggs. Let rest over night for best results. Bake in 375 degree over for 40 minutes or until cooked through. Add cheese to top to melt (if desired). Let rest 10 minutes before cutting into 6-8 equal portions.
