Bulletproof Coffee

Bulletproof coffee is coffee full of nutritional fat goodness. There are many variables, depending upon how you prefer your coffee.

Ingredients:

  • 8 -12 oz Brewed, hot coffee
  • ½ cup Unsweetened almond milk or 2 TBSP heavy whipping
  • cream
  • 1 tsp MCT oil, coconut oil, or butter
  • 1 tbsp Collagen protein powder (optional)
  • Butter and/or sugar-free syrup to taste
  • Sugar free flavor shots to taste

 Directions:

Brew coffee. Combine coffee and all ingredients until melted and incorporated. Froth with a mini whisker or emulsify in a blender.  

Alternate Add-ins:

PB powder, chocolate protein powder. Chill, add ice, blend to make a smoothie.
