Bulletproof coffee is coffee full of nutritional fat goodness. There are many variables, depending upon how you prefer your coffee.
Ingredients:
- 8 -12 oz Brewed, hot coffee
- ½ cup Unsweetened almond milk or 2 TBSP heavy whipping
- cream
- 1 tsp MCT oil, coconut oil, or butter
- 1 tbsp Collagen protein powder (optional)
- Butter and/or sugar-free syrup to taste
- Sugar free flavor shots to taste
Directions:
Brew coffee. Combine coffee and all ingredients until melted and incorporated. Froth with a mini whisker or emulsify in a blender.
Alternate Add-ins:
PB powder, chocolate protein powder. Chill, add ice, blend to make a smoothie.
