Pigs in a Blanket (Dough)

The “PIG” can be anything you prefer: hotdogs, chicken sausages, pulled pork, sliced roast beef – use your imagination.

Ingredients:
  • 1 CUP Almond Flour
  • 1-1/2 C Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1-1/2 TSP Baking Powder
Directions:

Melt cheese for 30 seconds in microwave. Blend cheese and all other ingredients in food processor with dough paddle or blade. Mix well until everything is well incorporated.

Kneed dough into a ball and roll out on a cutting board or pastry mat. Cut to the appropriate size of your protein fillings.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes to desired brownness.
