Chicken Parm Waffles

There’s something magical about the combination of chicken and waffles. Here’s a high protein option you may not have considered. You could even use this as sandwich bread.

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz Chopped Chicken breast (or 1 large can of drained chicken)
  • 2 Large whole eggs (or just egg white to limits fat)
  • ½ CUP Mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 TBSP Johnny’s Garlic Spread
  • 2 TBSP Marinara sauce
  • Avocado spray
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cook in mini waffle maker for perfect portion control. Can also use as sandwich bread as shown in picture. (Makes 2 waffles, depending upon size).
