Need to feed your sweet tooth? This “nice” cream recipe has limitless creative options with fruits, berries, cacoa, nut butters, etc.1 CUP Ice cubes
Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP Confectioners Swerve (powdered stevia)
- ¼ CUP Cacao powder (sugar free)
- ¼ CUP Nut butter (with chia seeds)
- ½ CUP HWC or sugar free coconut cream
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for ice) in mixer or blender. Once smooth and creamed together, add ice cubes to thicken to desired consistency and texture. Freeze left overs for later.
For variety, swap cacao and nut butters for seasonal berries!
To make a creamier “Nutter Butter Shake”, use almond milk in lieu of HWC or coconut cream.
