Easy and efficient meal prep in a lettuce wrap. Use your favorite protein, fill it with sautéed veggies, try a little Asian-inspired sauce, and boom…….LUNCH ON LETTUCE is served.
Ingredients:
1 LB Protein of choice (cooked)
1 HEAD Butter or leafy lettuce
Sauteed veggies of choice
Julienned raw carrots, cucumber, green onion
1 TSP G Hughes SF orange ginger BBQ sauce (per serving)
Optional: 1 TBSP sesame seeds
Directions:
Precook protein and veggies as meal prep. Assemble selected ingredients in 2-3 stacked lettuce leaves. Add small drizzle of BBQ sauce. Roll and enjoy.
