Easy No-Oatmeal

This warm and filling breakfast is grain-free, and can be as basic for fancy as you want it to be.

Ingredients:

1 TBSP each Chia seeds, hemp seeds, ground flax, coconut flour
¼ CUP Unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 CUP Unsweetened almond milk
½ TSP Vanilla extract
1 TSP Vanilla extract or sugar free vanilla flavor shot (2 pumps)
Pinch of pink salt
Optional: Berries, nut butter, HWC

Directions:

Add all ingredients in large container or jar with a lid. Stir until well combined, cover, chill overnight. When serving, add additional milk or HWC for desired thickness. Serve between 2 bowls with optional add-ins.
